Halil n i..we had tried simple less excessive eating... unfortunately.. none of them work.. This time, we have decided to follow the diet program that halim n özlem r following..
Bear in mind that this diet program r divided into many stages... Here is Stage 1.
Date: 12nd March till 22 nd March
Duration: 10 days
Expected kilo loss: 4kg Halil: 98.6kg
Simah: 75.8kg
Daily Menu
Be4 breakfast:
1. 1 glass of warm water
2. 1 glass of room temperature water
Morning Breakfast:
1. 1 match box sized white cheese or an egg
2. 2 thin slices of bread
*tomatoes, cucumber n any green veggies has no intake limit
In between breakfast n lunch:1. one glass of milk or i glass of yogurt or 2 glasses of ayran (a drink where water, salt, yogurt n a bit of milk r mixrd together)
Lunch:1. 2 meat portions or 4 tablespoons vegetable dish with one meat portion or 6 tablespoons chunk/minced meat in vegetable dish
2. 2 thin slices of bread or 1 cup of soup
3. green salads (no oil)
Tea:
1 match box side white cheese
2. 2 thin slices of bread
Dinner:1. 3 meat portions or 4 tablespoons vegetable dish with 2 meat portion or 8 tablespoons vegetable dish wih 1 meat portion or 9 tablespoons chunk/minced meat dish
2. 1 thin slice of bread or 1 cup of soup
3. half a glass yogurt or 1 glass ayran or half a glass milk
Supper:4 fruit portions
I will scan in the portion measurements later when i have the time. Let us just say that one portion of meat/chicken shoud be the size of an egg...m the fruits..1 fruit portion is usually equavalent to one fruit
Halil's aim is to lose his weight till he is 80.. mine is 60 kg .. i want to be within that weight range by the time insyaAllah i go back to Malaysia... let us say summer 2008...

drink 10-15 glasses of water on daily basisn yes... Salads r free anytime n in any amount!
